Promoon processes Personal Data solely to review and evaluate supplier and procurement requests, to assess supplier qualifications, capabilities, and experience, and to manage communications related to supply, equipment, and logistics cooperation.

Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data

Personal Data may be shared internally on a strictly need-to-know basis with Promoon Management, the Supply and Logistics Department, and Promoon’s internal divisions including ProIT, ProAI, and ArtStudio, only for the purposes described in this Policy. Promoon does not sell, rent, or disclose Personal Data to unrelated third parties.

Data Storage and Communication Tools

Personal Data is securely stored on Promoon’s internal NAS (Network Attached Storage) infrastructure. Operational communications may occur through Promoon’s organizational email systems and, where necessary for business operations, via WhatsApp or Telegram.

Transfer of Personal Data

Promoon does not transfer Personal Data outside its operational offices. Personal Data may be accessed or shared only between Promoon offices located in Tehran and Sharjah, solely for the purposes described in this Policy.

Data Retention

Promoon retains Personal Data for a maximum period of 12 months, unless a longer retention period is required due to legal, contractual, or operational obligations. After this period, the data will be securely deleted or securely archived.

Personal Data may be shared internally on a strictly need-to-know basis with Promoon Management, the Supply and Logistics Department, and Promoon’s internal divisions including ProIT, ProAI, and ArtStudio, only for the purposes described in this Policy. Promoon does not sell, rent, or disclose Personal Data to unrelated third parties.

Data Storage and Communication Tools

Personal Data is securely stored on Promoon’s internal NAS (Network Attached Storage) infrastructure. Operational communications may occur through Promoon’s organizational email systems and, where necessary for business operations, via WhatsApp or Telegram.

Transfer of Personal Data

Promoon does not transfer Personal Data outside its operational offices. Personal Data may be accessed or shared only between Promoon offices located in Tehran and Sharjah, solely for the purposes described in this Policy.

Data Retention

Promoon retains Personal Data for a maximum period of 12 months, unless a longer retention period is required due to legal, contractual, or operational obligations. After this period, the data will be securely deleted or securely archived.

Your Rights
